PLN 503 SketchUp Charette
The Fall 2008 PLN 503 students learned SketchUp in a collaborative mock charette. They broke into groups to come up with ideas for a surface parking lot in downtown Albany.
Site: Surface Parking Lot on the corner of Pearl Street and Sheridan Avenue.
The concept proposed is a mixed use set of buildings including residences, retail, office space, roof top garden with skate park and a botanical gardens for year round green space.
