Recent Events GIS/World Town Planning Day Pictures
The GIS/World Town Planning Day event was held on November 8th with a full day's program including student, faculty and professional presentations, an address by Congressman Paul Tonko, and an evening speaker on sprawl repair by Galina Tachieva (Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company) who had this to say about MRP students:
"It was a real pleasure to meet the talented and curious students at the the University of Albany who were an ideal audience for a topic such as sprawl repair."

The UAlbany Charrette, a campus-wide forum to get student input on the Albany 2030 process, was a success! The event was held on March 24th and up to 40 students from various programs and degrees participated. Thank you to all who attended and helped organize the charrette.
